As a process consultant and member of the Society for Process Consulting, I walk beside you to learn where you are and where you want to go. Only after understanding those things can we co-create solutions that fit your unique situation.
I frequently work with small to medium businesses and nonprofits, both religious and secular, and their leaders. However, my only requirements are that leaders and organizations be honest and open to new possibilities.
Improve Organizational Health
I am passionate about organizational health. I created the Healthy Organizations Model based on twenty years of experience working in and with organizations of all shapes and sizes. My model is a way of assessing and improving organizational health starting with the individual contributor and moving outward to encompass the entire organization.
Understand Organizational Challenges
Outsiders frequently identify organizational challenges hidden in the blindspots of organization members. But, outsiders often lack the institutional knowledge required to effectively respond to these challenges. Working together and combining my new lens and your knowledge, we listen for the underlying challenges, co-create solutions, and learn how to build organizational capacity to meet your challenges.
Prepare for Organizational Change
The need for organizational change is rarely apparent to every member at the same time. Whether identified by leadership or individual contributors, every organization requires capacity building to undertake organizational change. Organizational change processes are only successful when the direction is clear and the team has the necessary tools.
Build Staff Development Programs
Every organization, if it survives long enough, will run into the limits of its staff development program. For some organizations, this happens when facing sustained growth, for others it occurs when a founder or leader transitions out of the organization, and still more encounter it when emerging from organizational challenges and change. Working side-by-side, I draw on my experience designing leadership and development programs to build, or re-build, your programs.
Hybrid Worship Design and Training
My hybrid worship work grows directly out of my personal experience creating, coaching, and directing hybrid worship for my wife’s church. My work is multi-disciplinary, drawing on the best practices of videographers, worship leaders, streaming celebrities, and my experience owning a marketing and communications consultancy. My work is not solely focused on technology; I work with your ministry to identify and train volunteers and staff for this emerging medium.
