This projects page is where I highlight the tools and resources I’m currently developing. They are works in progress and will continue to evolve as I integrate more of my own learning into each one.
The Healthy Organization Model is the foundation of my consulting practice. It is the framework through which I approach organizations and the members of organizations. This framework was influenced by Robert Greenleaf, Larry Spears, Otto Scharmer, Ronald Heifetz, Tim Clark, Ed Schein, and so many more.
My work on Hybrid Worship comes out of my personal experience walking alongside my wife’s church as they explore what it means to “do” worship in the time of COVID. I do not know what the future holds, but I know that worship will no longer be limited to what happens in the sanctuary. Approaching the challenge from a position of listening, helping, and learning, I work with judicatories and congregations to discern what their hybrid future holds. Occasionally, I launch a new Mastermind group and open the application process. My current focus is on entrepreneurs who are balancing their own business with the demands of a career. The Mastermind is a small-group with high accountability, open communication, and honest feedback.
